Hey Terry,

My old man went to the field day on Saturday 17th and bought one of your rotating spit machines.....

Read
the pamphlet and followed instructions to the letter.......Thought it
very odd to see him downing beer and 1/2 a bottle of red since he
doesn't drink alcohol.......Eventful and funny to see!.....Only problem
that he was pissed by the end of cooking.........

A good night was had by all.......more so by my dad......

More brochures should be like yours.....

Thanks for the good night

Olivia

Hi Terry

My wife and I parted with some hard earned cash on the weekend at Red Hill
Market - well hard earned Visa money - and got one of your small spits.

Ended up costing me a fortune on meat on the way home.

Sunday we went to our daughters place - took the mum in law too - and we had
lamb and pork - bloody beautiful. Found the crackling wasn't doing too much
so cut it off and put in the oven - that worked.

Used the marinade for the lamb using the ingredients from both the lamb
dishes - the ones from the pamphlet. They must have turned out ok cos the
mum in law had seconds.

Tonight we had chicken but I cut down either side of the back bone and
flattened the little sucker out by thumping it on the breast bone. Marinaded
in very hot perri perri sauce for the day then put it in the rack to cook.
Better than Nando's and now I have to do it weekly.

Tomorrow night is sticky chicken drumlets.

Anyway - glad we we saw your stand and bought one. Wife reckons I am in
heaven and it keeps the house cooler in this hot weather.

Only problem I have is I don't partake in the amber liquid during the week
so couldn't follow your recipes to the letter but the weekend will be
another story.

If I upset the neighbours with the smell of great spit roasts I will give
them your details and tell em to join me

The best bloody spit I have ever had you are a genius. I have been camping in the High Country for years and when I now set up the camp and spit up the spit I open a bottle of Tabilk Shiraz and wait to enjoy the slow cooked beef that just melts in your mouth
Thank for a great Australian made product

Quite possibly the best thing i have ever bought at a market. just to let you guys know that Terry stands by his product too. Our spit motor had a gremlin and stopped working after only 6 months, Terry is sending us a replacement motor. I will be recommending this product to everyone. It's the best camping accessory we have.
Thanks Terry.
